While demand still far exceeds availability in Westchester County, there are open appointments way upstate, and also some pharmacies may have supplies. Pharmacies are now allowed to vaccinate people with comorbidities (details here). Several locations in Greenburgh were allocated doses (see below for a link). Here are some links that may be helpful:
- The "Am I eligible" page with list of NY state administered locations and availability of appointments
- Westchester County Executive George Latimer is offering free transportation service to senior citizens and disabled residents who are not registered with ParaTransit, who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The transportation service is not limited to County-run vaccination sites only; any senior citizen or disabled person may use the service for any location, including appointments at local pharmacies. If you would like to take advantage of the transportation service, call ParaTransit at (914) 995-7272 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to make a reservation, 24 hours prior to your vaccination date.
